Meet Esterlita

Esterlita is the creator of Adventurous Little Eaters and an advocate for baby-led weaning. Throughout her 20+ year career as a private childcare provider in New York, she has become a baby-led weaning trailblazer. Today, she is sought out as a coach to new parents and other caregivers in developing baby-led weaning schedules, meal plans, and support systems that have ushered in a generation of happier, healthier, and more independent confident eaters. 

Families who successfully complete baby-led weaning are more likely to raise children who are adventurous, attuned to their growing bodies’ needs, have healthy relationships with food, and are more comfortable expressing their needs and wants in healthy and positive ways.
